    Sometimes we sit in front of the TV screens or our computer screens for so long that we are left with a nerve wrecking headache. This could also be increased due to sitting in a particular position and having our eyes set on a specific angle. The best way to avoid this is that you should take breaks after every 30 minutes and try to look at something that is not technology related. You can stare at trees, or the sky, or even splash your eyes with cold water!
